- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants from federal and private sources
- Mentor a 15-person multidisciplinary innovation team
- Present technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI systems
- Track record securing $10M+ in federal innovation grants
