Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum neural networks for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on next-gen quantum encryption protocols
- Develop patent-pending hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Mentor a team of 5+ quantum researchers and AI engineers
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and NeurIPS
- Secure $2M+ in government innovation grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Expertise in NISQ-era quantum error correction
- Proven track record of leading quantum AI projects
- Security clearance preferred for DoD collaborations
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
