Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market adoption
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation planning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
