Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by identifying emerging trends (quantum, AI, Web3) and assessing market viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure adoption and ROI of emerging tech initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least 2 disruptive technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
