Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

- Lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all deployment environments.
- Present architectural proposals and technical demonstrations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++ and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data engineering principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
