Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Partner with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management across executive, technical, and investor groups
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and stage-gate processes
