Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology horizon scanning and impact analysis for 2026-2030 innovations
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Design and execute proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology forecasting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
