Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with venture partners and academic institutions to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Translate technical concepts into compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation investments
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and business domains
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields highly valued
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
