Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Advise C-suite on tech investments aligned with 2026 societal trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to global stakeholders at industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with >$50M impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Security clearance for handling classified innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
