- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions on AI ethics with executives, regulators, and communities
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges and regulatory trends in AI (2026 focus)
- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic bias and fairness in automated systems
- Create educational programs on responsible AI for internal teams and partners
- Report on ethical compliance metrics to the C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience working with machine learning pipelines and data governance systems
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, IBM AI Ethics)
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
