Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management preferred
