- Architect pilot programs for futuristic solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators for collaborative innovation
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures and industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, and IoT ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) or innovation management preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
