Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into product development and business operations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading tech labs, startups, and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies and measure ROI against KPIs
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated industry impact
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
