Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, sustainable energy systems) targeting 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and technological disruptions to identify competitive advantages
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems integration
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners on R&D initiatives
- Create technical documentation and stakeholder presentations for executive leadership
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or human-computer interfaces
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology product/service
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
