Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026-era technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Architect scalable systems for autonomous infrastructure and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in next-gen tech landscapes
- Partner with government agencies to shape policy frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and prototyping
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's grand challenges (climate, health, equity)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in future-focused R&D
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on technology forecasting or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Track record of launching commercialized future-tech products or services
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
