Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technology adoption across quantum computing, neuro-interface systems, and ambient AI
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks that align with global decarbonization targets
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, data scientists, and UX designers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Patent breakthrough technologies in human-computer interaction paradigms
- Drive adoption of decentralized infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology R&D with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI advancements
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or ambient AI
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn valuation
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with focus on 2030+ tech trends
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Portfolio of deployed solutions with >1M active users
