Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets within 3-5 year horizon
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen solutions across enterprise and consumer sectors
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build cross-functional innovation pods to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments impacting future tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, nanotech, synthetic biology
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Portfolio of successfully launched tech innovations with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
