Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology implementation
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven impact on future-facing products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
