Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen solutions for 2026 technology roadmap including AI-human collaboration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, secure systems for quantum computing integration
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Define technical standards and governance for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
- Collaborate with futurists and academic institutions to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in forward-thinking development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary R&D projects valued at $5M+
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology (or equivalent peer-reviewed journals)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure Quantum Services and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies or industry-disrupting solutions
