Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology frameworks for quantum-resistant security and autonomous systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years experience

- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, AI ethics, and distributed ledger technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier publications (2020-2023)
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO 20700)
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology innovation funding
- Proficiency in 5+ programming languages including Rust, Python 3.11+, and Q#
