Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify investment and partnership opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with academic institutions on applied research initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D programs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, blockchain, or biotechMBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
