Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research for competitive advantage
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with 2026 business objectives
- Build foresight frameworks for regulatory and ethical implications of future tech
- Drive strategic M&A in emerging technology sectors
- Mentor next-gen technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Research
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 5+ countries
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation Management
