- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3D-printed neural networks and brain-compute interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging paradigms like neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of launching future-forward products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-classical algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on sustainable tech or AI ethics
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ engineers in high-growth environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field from top-tier institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Previous leadership at FAANG or equivalent deep-tech unicorn
- Patent portfolio with minimum 3 granted AI/quantum patents
