Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess strategic implications
- Design scalable innovation frameworks balancing technical feasibility with business impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record architecting future-focused tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
