Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic impact
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current offerings
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment and governance
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
