Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs and risk mitigation frameworks
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech experience required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, patent landscaping, and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Security clearance eligibility (for federal partnership projects)
