Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create future-state scenarios and impact assessments for technology adoption
- Drive ethics and governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
