Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Conduct foresight research on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation strategies
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in Nature/Science
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with 15+ concurrent R&D projects
- Mentor junior researchers through Horizon's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in top-tier journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record leading global innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing government/VC funding for moonshot projects
- Fluent in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
