Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 15+ engineers/researchers
- Develop patent-pending solutions for human augmentation systems
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members quarterly
- Partner with product teams to align tech innovations with market demands
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on emerging technologies
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
