Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and venture capital firms
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members for strategic decision-making
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on commercial innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning for emerging technologies with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and ethical governance frameworks
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment required
