Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for clients across fintech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption ROI and ethical impact
- Forge partnerships with academic labs and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Present findings at industry conferences including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in system thinking modeling tools (e.g., Kumu, Stella)
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFx) or equivalent
