Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for generative AI systems using bias mitigation algorithms
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision-making systems using explainable AI techniques
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for sensitive AI training datasets
- Coordinate with neuroscientists to align AI objectives with human cognitive principles
- Author industry whitepapers on AI existential risk mitigation strategies
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI deployment protocols for 2026 technology stack
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging AI legislation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Published research on AI alignment or value alignment problems
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
- Experience with adversarial machine learning vulnerability assessments
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proficiency in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch for ethical auditing
