Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating 2026 market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaced applications
- Partner with venture teams to scout and acquire breakthrough startups in emerging tech
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows in futurism methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier journals
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
