Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative prototypes and validating emerging technologies in market scenarios
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in global tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and investment priorities
- Develop and present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure impact of technology adoption on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML systems, quantum computing, blockchain, or decentralized tech
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of launching technology initiatives with $5M+ budgets and measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong communication abilities to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
