- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future technology planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
