Job Overview:
As the AI Architect, you will design the core technical strategy for our machine learning platforms. You will be responsible for selecting the right frameworks, optimizing massive data pipelines, and ensuring our models can handle the immense scale required for global deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the research, design, and integration of novel machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, latency, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior developers through code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and automated training pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing.
