- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and market opportunity mapping
- Oversee R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and patent strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
