Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AGI, biotech convergence, and space commercialization
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum decision-making
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, TED, and UN Global Innovation Summits
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government partnerships for 2026 Initiative projects
- Mentor a diverse cohort of futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ unicorn launches)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published author in Nature Futures or equivalent peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python for global collaboration and technical prototyping
- Security clearance (Top Secret) for government partnership initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ paradigm-shifting innovations deployed at scale
