Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technology applications
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technology adoption scenarios
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing strategic partnerships with academic and industry stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
