Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic technology investments
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external innovation partners and academic collaborations
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing external partnerships
- Certification in innovation management or technology forecasting preferred
