- Partner with product teams to launch 3+ breakthrough products by 2026
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record launching products with 2025+ tech integration
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- CISSP or CTO certification preferred
