- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, IoT, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market forecasting for next-gen products
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Maintain a Future Tech Radar tracking 200+ emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting market trends and tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
