- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption and ROI

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web3, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology architecture (e.g., TOGAF)
