- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable product innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitor strategies to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, and biotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CIPD) preferred
