Responsibilities

- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies and prioritize investment decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation task force across engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, IoT)
- Strategic business planning experience with C-level stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Innovate) preferred
