Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and biointegrated systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, decentralized networks) to identify commercialization opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Create impact assessments for ethical, security, and sustainability implications of new technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven visualizations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockcase)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research labs and venture capital circles
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE 7000 series)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data analysis
