Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology deployment and operations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and P&L
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, CDMP) or sustainability (e.g., GRI) a plus
