Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant operations by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum algorithm implementation
- Partner with security teams to post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications for enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Contribute to open-source quantum development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and qubit control systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
