- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnership

- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record in developing futuristic tech roadmaps (2015-2025+)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, neural tech, or sustainable AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
