Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends and market disruption patterns
- Proven track record launching innovative products with exponential growth
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, IoT, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
